§1. General terms and conditions

The data administrator is DUAL COLOR Sp. z o.o., based in Bydgoszcz, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS no.: 0000602930, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court in Bydgoszcz, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, VAT EU: PL9671371455, REGON: 363748830. Data protection takes place in accordance with the requirements of commonly applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (where this is directly apparent from the description).

  3. For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced by "you", "Administrator" by "us". The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§2. Data controller
